Starting today, the shares of PhytoHealth Corporation (PhytoHealth), a member company of Maywufa Biopharma Group, are traded on Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE, or Exchange). PhytoHealth is the first new drug development company ever listed on the Exchange. PhytoHealth, founded in 1998, was the winner of National Innovation Award, Industrial Technology Award, Taipei Bio-Pharmaceutical Technology Transfer Award, etc. because of our various R&D achievements. PhytoHealth became the first new drug development company listed on Taiwan OTC Market in 2002.

PhytoHealth currently has 8 new drug candidates under development, 6 of them in post-IND clinical trials. PG2, one of our main products, possesses the following characteristics:
• An IV injectable extracted from Astragalus membranaceus
• Clinically proven to be safe for elevating erythrocytes, leukocytes and thrombocytes
• Prophylaxis of neutropenia
• Improving quality of life among cancer patients
• Potential use for the rare disease, ITP (Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura)
Other than PG2, PDC-748 and PH3 are also in phase 2 clinical trial approved by US FDA.

PhytoHealth has accumulated significant successes developing new drugs in the past 10 years since its inception and will continue with the effort to obtain US FDA approval.
