Such technology has a wide range of applications, from the treatment of periodontosis, plastic & reconstructive surgery, to anti-aging. Part of the technology will be transferred to dental clinics all over the country to make the services available to a bigger population.

AmCad BioMed Corp, the first biotech company dedicated to the development of advanced medical devices in Taiwan, is a development partner of the National Taiwan University for its「non-invasive」ultrasound computer-aided diagnostic system.
